Measurements and Ratios

Purpose of Measurements and Ratios

Under the Malcolm Baldrige Criteria of continuous quality improvement that the Hawai`i SBDC Network has adopted, management must be based on facts.  Most facts are determined through measurements and sometimes better understood as ratios.  Measurements also provide the basis for corrective actions to strategies and tactics that may not be producing desired results.
